About Me
Throughout my career, spanning over 25 years, I've had the privilege of working with people experiencing mental health problems across a range of diverse settings, from primary and secondary NHS care mental health services to charities and specialist services, including criminal justice, addiction, looked after children and domestic abuse services. This broad experience has equipped me to support a wide spectrum of individuals, including those with common emotional and mental health problems, ADHD and Autism, and within the LGBTQ+ community.

I am fully insured and qualified to provide Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) for post traumatic stress disorder and anxiety disorders, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for depression, anxiety and PTSD, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) for depression and relapse prevention, alongside third wave CBT approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) .
My approach is rooted in understanding your unique story, the changes you are looking to make, and working collaboratively, to help you overcome common emotional and mental health problems and achieve the changes you are wanting to make. My goal is to empower you with practical skills and insights, fostering lasting change and greater well-being, whether you're facing anxiety, trauma, depression, or seeking to build resilience.

My commitment is always to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your difficulties, gain clarity, and quickly develop the coping strategies needed to move towards a more fulfilling life. The therapy we engage in will always be tailored to your specific goals and guided by the latest evidence-based practices to ensure you receive the highest quality of care.
