Beyond my direct client work, I am also dedicated to supporting the professional growth of other therapists through providing clinical supervision. ​

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in CBT Supervision and provide CBT supervision to BABCP accredited CBT therapists in the NHS and private sector. My qualifications as a fully BABCP accredited CBT therapist, EMDR therapist and BAMBA accredited MBCT practitioner, incorporating third-wave CBT approaches, along with continuous professional development, ensures my supervision is grounded in the latest research and promotes evidence based best practices.
Drawing on over 25 years of clinical experience across primary care, secondary care, private therapy and social care settings, my aim is to create a supportive environment where clinicians can reflect on their cases, refine their skills, enhance their practice, and navigate complex client situations with confidence.
